How InventorProStudio collects, uses and protects the information you share with us when you visit this website or hire us for a project.

Information We Collect

Contact details you give us through the form or by email: name, email address, phone number, company or invention name, and the details of your project.
Project materials you share with us so we can do the work: sketches, prototypes, photos, CAD files, patent documents and business plans.
Payment and billing information for deposits and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.
Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

To reply to your inquiry, call you back at the time you asked for, and send you a proposal.
To design and produce the materials you hire us for: websites, 3D renders, videos, pitch decks and print.
To invoice you and keep records of the work we did for you.
To improve this website and our services based on how visitors use them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails you did not ask for.

Everything you share about your invention is treated as confidential and used only to complete your project.
We do not show your project publicly, in our portfolio or in case studies, without your written permission.
If you need a signed NDA before sharing details, ask us and we will sign one before the first call.
Team members and contractors who work on your project are bound by the same confidentiality.

Formspree delivers the contact form to our inbox.
Vercel hosts this website and provides the analytics.
Our payment processor handles deposits and invoices.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and we only share what they need to do their job.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
You can ask us to correct or delete it, unless we need to keep it for invoicing or legal reasons.
You can ask us to delete your project files once the project is delivered and paid.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
